Procedure And Process For Logging A Support Call
- Call 0860 PLMHELP (0860 756 4357) Our Support Desk Operator (SDO)will take your call.
- Give a brief description of the problem.
- The SDO will allocate you a Support Call Number once your call has been logged.
- Your call will then be passed onto a Support Engineer (SE) whose task it is to solve your problem.
- The SE will contact you directly, either with a solution or to obtain more information.
- If you have data that you need assistance with email it to support@areason.co.za.
- Requests for specific SE's will not be met for first-time calls. If you have been dealing with a specific SE on a problem, please follow the procedure as above in order to speak to them.
- Should the SDO or SE not be available at the time of your call, you will be directed to a voice mail system. If you do not leave a message we cannot return a call!
- Cell phone numbers will NOT be given out to customers, if you need to speak to an SE urgently please leave a message with the SDO or the switchboard politely conveying the urgency of the matter.
Procedure And Process For Logging An Email Support Call
- Email a brief description of your problem to support@areason.co.za
- The SDO will log the email for you and reply with a Support Call number and if possible the solution.
- The SE will then contact you with the solution or for more information.
- Should you call at any time then the same procedure as for Support Calls applies.

- Please call our Training co-ordinator directly on 012 673 9309.

- Calls placed to 0860 PLM HELP will be charged at a local call rate - wherever you are! (Calls made from cell phones do not apply.)
- This line is for Technical Support Calls only - customers requiring Training Services can call 012 673 9309. (Technical Support is offered to customers on our Maintenance program.)
